Welcome to Boston Real Estate Secrets, a vlog about the Boston real estate market which can be seen on my YouTube channel (Boston Real Estate Secrets), a variety of social media and most importantly in my newsletter —which will reveal other important and amazing things about Boston real estate which won’t be seen on this vlog.

The three main areas that Boston Real Estate Secrets will focus on is investment, luxury condominiums and new residential buildings in Boston.

As a result of exploring these themes, we will look at many Boston buildings,  locations and quality of life topics.

My experience can be seen on my William Raveis profile page (link below) --which may also explain why home prices are so high in Boston--but the skinny is that I have been actively helping buyers and sellers get what they want in the greater Boston real estate market for more than 20 years. I've been involved in all sorts of sales: condo conversions, new construction, and luxury. I even represented and sold a laundromat. 

 Additionally, for several years I authored “Bates by the Numbers," arguably the most popular real estate column in Boston, one which was subtitled by its publication’s editor as “trends you otherwise would not see.”

Other than seeing incredibly happy clients, my proudest real estate moment is beating the famed Boston Globe Spotlight Team to the biggest real estate story of the year one year.
